I wasn't really going for accuracy. Even with somebody like Hornby, whose work I respect tremendously, I'm not all that curious about what his arsehole REALLY looks like. I was kinda hoping for something a little more conceptual.
I did manage to convince a few authors to send me sketches of their bungholes. Here's the complete collection (so far):
