The Photography of Brian Palm

Lovely images of Chicago's endangered and disappearing houses and buildings are displayed here, by the photographer Brian Palm. The city's historical amnesia never seems to relent. In many cases, all we'll have left of our glorious past is archival photos like his. Enjoy it while you can.

The Tribune had a nice profile of Palm today.

I am interested in contacting the Chicago photographer with whom I share a name, and who's work has many parallels with my own. I am an artist and photographer and have been documenting the rapidly disappearing architectural fabric of Dublin for over 25 years, and I am also one of Ireland's most respected blues musicians! Please advise, thanks- Brian Palm.

Dublin Brian, I forwarded your contact info to Chicago Brian. I would assume he'll be contacting you soon. Amazing coincidence.
