Pseudo-Literary Accomplishment

I realize it's not exactly a multi-book publishing deal, or even getting a short story published in an obscure literary journal. But they say you have to appreciate the little accomplishments in life, which is why I'm rather pleased with getting a letter to the editor published in the New York Times which, despite its periodic editorial snafus, still has to be considered the most prestigious newspaper in the world.
